1. Service Description

Hypervariant provides viral antibody repertoire testing services for wellness and educational purposes only. Our tests analyze blood samples to identify antibodies against various viral species.

Important: This is NOT a medical diagnostic test. Results should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Sample Collection & Processing

You are responsible for following the provided instructions for blood sample collection. Samples that are improperly collected, damaged, or insufficient may not be processable, and results may be delayed or unavailable.

4. Results & Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, no test is 100% accurate. Results reflect antibody detection at the time of sample collection and may not indicate current or future infection status. False positives and false negatives can occur.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase if your kit has not been used. Once a sample has been submitted for processing, refunds are not available except in cases where we are unable to process your sample due to laboratory error.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypervariant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on test results.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
